so how has everyone's first week back been? mine was pretty good i'd say. on monday (my last day of freedom) i didn't have anything to do so ling invited me to see along came polly with her and her friend(s). thanks! ^_^ it was definitely entertaining. however, afterwards i found out that it was apparently a chick flick??? man i had no idea. i just thought ben stiller = comedy, not romantic comedy. anyways, tuesday was the dreaded return to UH. wasn't too bad though. tuesday was crazy tiring. gotta wake up at 8, leave at 9, get to class at 10, then i don't end up leaving until 7 that night. 4.5 hours of class and 4.5 hours of break. that'll be a good time to get my hw done though (as soon as i get my books...). i realized that i'm tired of advanced math classes though. so boring. my english class has some funny dudes in it but my teacher is "all about learning argument" and pretty anal so she gets mad whenever someone jokes around. orgo class is pretty fun so far. teacher is pretty funny and seems to teach well. wednesday i went to my chemical processes class (which i was really excited about) but after walking in late cuz i couldn't find the building i realized that it'd be pretty boring. the teacher is about 70 years old and speaks slower than i can type. history class is huge (for me at least), about 350 ppl. teacher makes it all pretty interesting though, nice guy. yesterday was freaking fun though. eric and i had about 3 hours to kill between 2:30 and 5:30 so we grabbed lunch, then shot some pool. best of 5, loser pays. i was up 2-1 and it was my break...and i scratched on the break! >:O that was trash. but i won anyways. booyah. then i showed eric the arcade and we ended up bowling. we both hadn't done it in a while so the first game was close. tied at 70 and i was on my last frame. i actually guttered on the first ball haha...even though all i had to do was hit one pin. i ended up picking up the spare though :P won 85-70. after that eric was going all-out spin bowling...needless to say that he didn't get it down. i won 137-41 haha. ouch eric :P after i got back to sugar land later i stopped by the NHS inductions to see my people. congrats/good job everyone! after that i went to starbucks and met up with john lin (my youth pastor). he's such a cool/nice guy, i have a lot of respect for him. we just "rapped about God" and such, it was very informative i must say. i think we're gonna get a college smallgroup going next month too! yay. oh my brother also informed me that if i wanted a job at P.F. Chang's (he's a chef there) he could get me one! so i went at 8AM this morning and got a job! whoo! my first one. yeah i'm a dishwasher though haha. $7/hour full time. i work friday saturday sunday 4-11 and monday wednesday from about 5ish-11. hope i can handle it! i'm a bit nervous about my first job but hey, you know j-e, always up for a challenge. actually i start work today in about 30 minutes haha. so i gotta go now. stay cool people

so, as you can see, i have added a song to my blog. some of you might recognize it as the opening theme for cowboy bebop. neato huh? :D and yeah...i DO hate it when people put music on their blogs and whatnot, but the file isn't hidden. so if you'd just look below the tagboard you'd see that you can stop the song at any time. i'm sure i'll change the song every so often, so enjoy!

ah yes, i remembered what i wanted to talk about earlier. so a few days ago my brother walks in and tells me that he's moving back in. that means him, his wife, a seven year old girl, a six year old girl, and a three year old boy. oy. feels so weird to have them back here all the time now. i was getting used to being the only child in the house. this'll no doubt cramp my style at some point. as long as they stay out of my way i don't mind :P but just in case...anyone wanna let me live with them? :D

d00d. i can't remember what i did thursday. oh wait...i think i just stayed at home. weird. friday was a lot of fun though. YAY FOR FRIENDS!! :) went to deb's house for a lovely potluck get-together. haha, i don't think i'll ever forget the truth or dare jenga...out of control. i won't say anything else. man i love those people ^_^ thanks for inviting me deb!
friday i went to lesa's house and watched SWAT! ahh good to see her, been way too long. SWAT was an entertaining movie (probably only because i like that sort of counter-strikeish stuff). ate a quick dinner and then went to skit night at fbcc. i didn't really know what to expect, but it was a lot of fun! we got divided into 5 random groups and make up our own fairy tales (with a few guidelines). it was cool getting to work with people who i had never met before (besides connie and eric). our group got second place too! w00t. after that we bummed around in the youth center, got to talk to gwus :) hi!! then some of us decided to go to ihop. i had already eaten dinner before but i ended up eating more than anyone haha...oops. can't resist the rooty tooty fresh n fruity (juice knows what i mean). man the service there sucks though. took a lot of time and persistence to get the waiter to bring out more neverending pancakes (he must've known they were being split 3 ways :P). but i'm glad i decided to go, more fun with great people ^_^
haha and today was the third day in a row that i saw the same lovely people. well first i went to david's to borrow some more anime (thanks d00d), then carpooled with deb to church and had a nice service. stayed after for lunch, came back and went over to maria's house with e-chan. i hope you're happy maria, i skipped the AFC championship game to hang out with you! hehe. nice to just sit around and talk though (even with joshua bell in the background). we were hungry so we grabbed some food at wendy's and chilled there for a while. *sigh* and that's it for my winter break, as far as longhorns go at least. it was so so nice having you all back for a month, i wonder how i'll adjust all over again (especially without bey now). well i hope you all had/have safe trips back to your colleges! hopefully i'll go up to austin before spring break, maybe february? that'd be nice.
so far i'm right about the playoffs...NE made it to the superbowl. gotta go watch the eagles play, hopefully they'll come back in the fourth quarter. i'm freaking cold so i'm gonna curl up with a blanket.

so after i showered last night ang (haha) and i decided to hang out, so i picked her up and we went to starbucks in our pajamas haha (i wore the ones she got me!). got some drinks, bought a book, then went back to her house at about 11. jennifer was doing her homework but we still bugged her and incorporated her into the convos. so much craziness. we got pretty delirious as the hours rolled on. jeez i don't even know what we talked about for so long. i didn't end up leaving their house until about 3:20 haha...oops. funny since the last time i told my mom i was going to starbucks i stayed at their house till 2:30. my dogs freaking started barking when i got home though...so it woke up my parents...oops, not smooth. my mom wasn't too happy so i expect a lecture tonight. hope it doesn't rain (or has it already? haven't looked outside) so that we can go play tennis. awww, i'm gonna miss hanging out with the triangle *sniff. okay this is why i don't shower at night...cuz i still feel like i should take one right now before i can start my day. lay-uhz!!!!!

so yesterday i got to hang out with ling-o! went to sandy mcgee's for lunch. i feel so bad, i only ordered soup hahah. she had her italian pasta...or was it from arizona? :P hehe. saw big fish after that. it was good i'd say, but i was a little disappointed. i thought it would be a magical/extremely creative film, which isn't to say that it didn't have those elements, just not as much as i had hoped i guess. still recommend that people see it at least some point in time. crescent lake is nice too if you don't have new shoes or like to step on duck poo. took ling to her chem lab after that where i got swarmed by senior girls (which happens pretty much everywhere i go). took brandy home and then picked up my mom, lots of driving. why am i still blogging about tuesday
today i went to CHS to help out with the dragon team. they're lookin pretty good, especially considering they've only been doing it for 3 days. went to colony bend afterwards for some football w00t. perfect number of people too. once again our team was teh ownx0r. haha especially judy, caught a touchdown pass and ran an interception back for a touchdown. skillz.
i am so tired right now though, i have no idea what's going on. hmm...i need to shower still...oops. babysitting my sister-in-law's sugarglider now but it's just sleeping in one of my socks. i think i'll go watch the rockets dominate the celtics now. stay cool people

friday i woke up and found an invitation to play some football. w00t. felt good to play again. and i finally got teh ownx0r team!!! alan, tim, danny and i r0x0red jeff, eric, evan, and johnny. props to my man alan for throwing passes like a maniac. after that i washed up and went to panera bread for yvonnie's welcoming home dinner. welcome back! hehe. even though you're leaving in like a week :P off to maria's with the same gang after that where we played sorry! (which i dominated) and other random stuff.
and then today, which was pretty ueber1337. happy birthday to angela, raymond, and lisa huang!!! hope you guys had awesome days. first i went to the galleria with david and ling-o. lotsa fun ^_^ i WILL see david in jeans soon. and thanks for rolling up my sleeves ling :P lasted the whole day. after the galleria i went to angela's surprise bday dinner at chili's (oops...i missed the surprise part :X sorry!). it was fun even though i had to sit at the "high school end" hehe. thanks for the dinner mr. and ms. hsu! hehe. went to angela's afterwards and opened her gifts, ate YUMMY cake, the usual birthday stuff. played some taboo and MAN haha...the other team...i don't wanna comment but, after about 4 rounds the score was about 20 to 1. haha horrible. we watched bend it like beckham there too haha, my second time in 3 days. i think i actually enjoyed it more the second time (accents and all). *yawn* it was after 1 when we finished so i went home. and here i am! finally finishing this update that took me longer than 2 hours to do. it's not even a good entry. i really need to learn how to make more random posts that talk about more than my daily life. oh well, i (and other people) need to sleep now so i will be going now. g'nite people

soooo. not much happening lately. on monday i went to james avery and bought a nice chain/cross. then went to barnes and noble to find a Bible...but i couldn't remember which peter had recommended! luckily i ran into annie and deb! they helped me out, though i ended up just buying a normal NIV hehe. after that i went to david's. he showed me some disgaea, pretty interesting game. we also tried out prince of persia which is PIMP. then MHP and company came to play cards and i went home. yeah, i'm a bit tired of poker now, dunno why. just doesn't really interest me anymore. so sorry to all you people who keep asking me to play :P i've actually stayed home for the past two days...just been reading and watching Cowboy Bebop. man feels good to watch anime again, and of course CB is just 1337. ah i feel sorry for you high schoolers. i say that i wanna get back to school...but i know i'm gonna miss my friends when they all go back to their colleges again. can't wait till fall though!!!!!!! whoooooooo. okay i'm gonna try to get to sleep "early" tonight. nite people

whoo fun tonight. was gonna go meet up with some peeps at TGIFriday's a little after 8 but i saw cyn online!! she's been in taiwan for a while so naturally i had to talk to her :) she randomly signed off though >=O hehe. so about an hour later at starbucks i met up with bea, melody, adam ma, and two lovely young girls whom i was quite glad to meet, debbie and masie (hope i spelled your name right!). poor little freshman girls...i think mel and adam scarred them! haha. bea and i were the good role models though :P well it was fun talking to them for a while but i had to leave. grabbed some hot chocolate and made my way to angela's house. before i left my house earlier i somehow tricked her into inviting me over hehe. she was bored so she invited me to watch the BCS championship game with her and jennifer. man am i glad i went!! so much fun. it was like...perfect late night bumming. we watched the end of the game and talked and stuff. then we flipped through the channels, watched some mr. bean. then jennifer got hungry so we drove to wendy's (open late! woohoo) and ordered some food. thanks for the chili! hehe. went back to their place and ate while we watched episodes of friends! angela had said that she was gonna sleep at 1...but then she decided she'd sleep at 1:30 after we watch one episode. but then we ended up watching another hour long episode after that haha. gosh so much joking around...so funny :) gotta love the Hsus. i gotta work on those moves angela! haha. so yeah...finally got home at like 2:50. kinda funny cuz i just told my parents that i'd be going to starbucks and would be back shortly....but i was gone for about 5.5 hours haha. they apparently just went to sleep and never noticed though. man i was gonna go to sleep early tonight too since i'm only running on 3 hours of sleep. looks like i'll sleep in...see you guys tomorrow afternoon. nite :)

oh man. i am so tired right now, i have no idea what's goin on.

so i actually woke up ON TIME this morning (thanks to a wake up call from bea). went with her and deb to shipley's at 9 (which we found out was unnecessarily early), then to focus after that. i was far from tired like i thought i might be...in fact it was very life changing. thanks so much to everyone who has been patient with me, talked with me, taken me to church, and helped guide me to God's kingdom.
so went to wendy's for lunch after service. jennifer mok says i look like the pringles guy...which i do NOT >=O (trying out that new smiley right there :P looks odd.) after that was much indecision about where to ball...but we finally went to CME (as usual). hehe, i even got to drive mok's minivan (his mom's idea) cuz he doesn't have insurance right now. man i love watchin that dude play...so much respect. everytime he comes down the court you can hear "who's got mok? YOU get mok..." hehe. i even made a cut today just like he does, woohoo. too bad i missed the shot >.< so here i am at home now and i finally realized how tired i am...fell asleep on my bed for maybe an hour? but woke up when my cell went off. i guess i might as well stay awake now...possibility that i'll go out later tonight. dangit...i haven't even showered yet cuz i was too tired. guess i'll go do that now. have an awesome day people : )

so...happy new year? man party tonight was so much fun! i r teh bouncer. lotsa good food and good people. dancing was cool, especially in the rain. too bad it wasn't healthy for my stereo equipment. haha...it's funny how that wasn't really a NYE party...only for the 3 minutes leading up to midnight did we even think about it. and then afterwards...comedy central showed the SOUTH PARK MOVIE. w00t. that thing is so great. also got to have a nice chat with lingo, that was fun. thanks for the dance :P hope you get your voice back. eventually took bea, andy and ling home (she has a dachshund too! but not four :P), and here i am in the year 2004. dangit, and i was just getting used to writing "03" on my dates. bah.
oo yeah thanks to maria for helping me shop and look snazzy today :P my wrist hurts now...my mom hit me in the back of the hand with the huge heel of her shoe...i think it more than bruised it. oh well, as eric says, i'll "walk it off." guess i better get to sleep soon. nite people
